Christopher Wiseman, CDR
Strategy and Policy
Commander Christopher S. Wiseman, U.S. Navy, is a 1991 graduate of Princeton University. He holds an A.B. in politics and an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, where he graduated with distinction. Designated as a Naval Flight Officer in 1992, his operational experience includes tours flying F-14Bs and F-14Ds and recent cross training in the F/A-18F, participating in operations in Bosnia (DENY FLIGHT), Iraq (SOUTHEN WATCH) and Afghanistan (ENDURING FREEDOM). His shore staff assignments include tours at Fighter Wing Atlantic and the International Military Staff at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and student tours at the Naval Fighter Weapons School (TOP GUN) and the Naval War College. He most recently served as the Operations Officer at Carrier Airwing SEVENTEEN on board USS CARL VINSON (CVN-70), including participation in OPERATION UNIFIED RESPONSE (Haiti).
