Faculty

Evelyn M. Cherpak is archivist and special collections curator of the Naval Historical Collection in Mahan Hall. The collection contains the College archives, manuscript collections, oral histories and special collections. She holds a B.A. in history from Connecticut College, an M.A. in history from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D in history from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at Salve Regina University and the University of Rhode Island and has published three edited works and over forty articles on historical and bibliographical topics.
