Warren Wiggins is an Associate Research Professor in the War Gaming Department, Center for Naval Warfare Studies. Professor Wiggins previously served on active duty at the Naval War College as Military Faculty in the War Gaming Department.
Professor Wiggins received his Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College, and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
Professor Wiggins’ primary research interests includes the National Strategy for Maritime Security and the supporting plans the Maritime Domain Awareness, the Maritime Operational Threat Response and the International Outreach and Coordination Strategy, Other areas of research include: Logistics Support and Sustainment and The Maritime Strategy.
Directly responsible for the design, management and analysis of multiple major war games and workshops and the creation and teaching of the Homeland Security, Homeland Defense and Defense Support of Civil Authorities Elective.
