Air Force Brig. Gen. Sandra E. Finan (CNCS 1997), has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Major General. Finan is currently serving as the Principal Assistant Deputy Administrator for Military Application, Office of Defense Programs, National Nuclear Security Administration, Department of Energy, Washington, D.C.
