Students reporting to the Senior Enlisted Academy for less than 20 weeks MUST complete ALL follow-on transportation requirements prior to arrival at the academy. This includes both CONUS and OCONUS travel. The detaching PSD/NAVPTO must complete ALL follow-on transportation requirements for students with dependents. Permanent Change of Station and TAD/TDY orders do NOT authorize dependent travel to this activity (unless school exceeds twenty weeks with student reporting for duty under instruction).
