Lieutenant Commander Kaiser graduated from Auburn University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BCE) and was commissioned an Ensign in the United States Navy.

After completion of flight school in March 2004, LTJG Kaiser was designated a Naval Flight Officer and reported to Patrol Squadron THIRTY (VP-30) in Jacksonville, FL, for initial training in the P-3C Orion. In December 2004, she reported to her first operational squadron, Patrol Squadron FORTY-FIVE (VP-45), in Jacksonville, FL. LT Kaiser served as Schedules/Future Plans Officer and qualified as a Navigator, Tactical Coordinator, Instructor Tactical Coordinator, and Mission Commander. LT Kaiser completed a combat deployment to CENTCOM in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM PHILIPPINES, a EUCOM deployment with a detachment to the SEVENTH FLEET AOR in support of the GLOBAL WAR ON TERRORISM, as well as a SOUTHCOM detachment in support of counter-drug operations.

In 2008, LCDR Kaiser reported to Patrol and Reconnaissance Group as a Flag Aide to Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Group (CPRG). Upon completion of her tour, LT Kaiser reported onboard USS Harry S Truman as the Assistant Strike Operations Officer. LT Kaiser qualified as the 141st Officer Of the Deck (Underway) and completed a combat deployment to the CENTCOM AOR in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and NEW DAWN.

LCDR Kaiser is currently serving as a Military Professor in the War Gaming Department at the U.S. Naval War College. She is enrolled in the College of Distance Education’s Fleet Seminar Program in Newport, RI and is working towards a Master of Arts Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.

LCDR Kaiser’s personal awards include two Navy Commendations Medals and two Navy Achievement Medals.
