Roger H. Ducey
National Security Affairs
Roger Ducey teaches the Leadership Concepts courses at the intermediate and senior levels in the National Security Affairs Department. His academic specialties include negotiation and reconciliation as well as adaptive leadership. He is a member of the International Association for Conflict Management.
Ducey is a retired Air Force Colonel and a career tanker pilot. On active duty, he commanded deployments in support of Operations RESTORE HOPE, RESTORE DEMOCRACY, DELIBERATE FORCE, and DENY FLIGHT. He served as commander, 99th Air Refueling Squadron, deputy commander, 19th Operations Group, commander, 319th Mission Support Group, and commanded the 319th Air Expeditionary Group from October 2001 to March 2002 deployed in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. A 2000 graduate of the Naval War College, he has had staff assignments at Headquarters, Strategic Air Command and Air Mobility Command.
