Biography

Professor Tiska teaches naval theory and planning in the College of Maritime Operational Warfare. He served a 30-year career in the Navy as a SEAL officer, working extensively in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. His final military assignment was at the U.S. Naval War College, where he served as the special operations chair and taught joint military operations.
