Biography

Cmdr. Murphy has been serving as a wargaming specialist for the Wargaming Department since 2015. A career naval aviator in the SH-60B, he served in various operational tours in the Western Pacific and Middle East. More recently, he served at a NATO command in Lisbon, Portugal, and at U.S. 5th Fleet specializing in joint and NATO operational planning, policy implementation, coalition operations and joint military operations.
