Biography

Col. Wonson is a military professor at the Maritime Advanced Warfighting School. A career infantry officer and combat veteran with seven overseas deployments, he has over 10 years of command experience and multiple assignments as a strategic/operational planner. A graduate of both Marine Corps Command & Staff College and School of Advanced Warfighting, he was selected as the first Marine Corps Fellow in the Yale University International Security Studies Program and served as a military advisor for the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy.
