Biography

Plouffe is a training specialist at the Naval Leadership and Ethics Center (NLEC) facilitating courses and instructional material. Prior to joining NLEC, Plouffe taught at the Coast Guard Leadership Development Center at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. He retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of active service as a submarine sonarman.
