Biography

Served at sea as First Lieutenant/Supply Officer in USS PELICAN (MHC 53) from 1999-2001; Officer In Charge, EODMU THREE Detachment NINE from 2002-2005 where he deployed to the North Arabian Gulf and Baghdad, Iraq; Operations Officer, EODMU TWO where he deployed to Tikrit, Iraq; and Executive Officer, EODMU SIX where he deployed again to Tikrit, Iraq. He served as Commanding Officer of Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit ONE in Pearl Harbor, HI from 2014–2016 where he deployed to Bahrain as CTG 56.1. He served ashore as Officer In Charge, EODMU THREE Detachment SOUTHWEST from 2005-2007 and as U.S. Pacific Fleet staff EOD, Diving, and Salvage Officer in Current Operations.
