Biography

Ben Peterman is an associate professor in the War Gaming Department, Center for Naval Warfare Studies. Prior to joining the NWC faculty, he was a senior operations research analyst with Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division. Professor Peterman served for 12 years on active duty as a Navy officer including assignments with Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 42 as a Helicopter Pilot/Aircraft Commander in the SH-60B, OPNAV N816 Campaign Analysis as an Operations Research Analyst and Amphibious Squadron Eight as an Aviation Officer.
