Biography

Native of South Gate, CA. Graduated from Recruit Training Command in San Diego in 1991 and served as a Hospital Corpsman. In 1997 graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Microbiology with an emphasis on Medical Technology. Graduated from the Naval War College with a M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies.
