Biography

Kevin McKinley enjoyed a 24 year career as an infantryman in various command, staff and advisory positions. After retiring from active duty, Kevin worked in the private sector for a time in the areas of industrial security and foreign military sales. Kevin joined the Naval War College in 2008 as an analyst on the Advise and Assist Team, Operational Level Programs. Kevin became part of the War College faculty in 2009, first as an assistant professor, then subsequently as an Associate Professor.
