Biography

Capt. Kevin Brew, JAGC, USN is currently assigned as a military professor for the Stockton Center for Study of International Law at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. Capt. Brew has been an instructor at the Naval Justice School, the Naval War College, and the Naval Postgraduate School (Monterey, California) as well as an adjunct instructor in support of the Defense Institute for International Legal Studies (training foreign forces in Africa, South America, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the Balkans).
