Currently a professor of strategy and policy at the College of Distance Education, Prof. Borrosh served on the Naval War College military strategy and policy faculty from 2005-2008 and 2009-2012 and as a contractor supporting the College of Operational and Strategic Leadership, Maritime Staff Operators Course. Borrosh qualified as a Surface Warfare Officer and a Naval Flight Officer on USS Saratoga (CV 60). Staff tours include OPNAV N3/5 (aviation strike warfare policy, force structure representative to NATO, and EA-6B LDHD Global Force Scheduling), Executive Officer Navy Recruiting District Kansas City, and Naval Forces Central Command Theater Security Cooperation Strategy Director.
