Biography

Lieutenant Colonel Michael J. LePage is a military professor at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. The Naval War College creates and delivers graduate-level Joint Professional Military Education to over 500 U.S. and partner nation military officers, and U.S. government department and agency civilians, annually. Additionally, the Naval War College hones students’ critical thinking to ensure skillful support of U.S. policy and strategy and prepares graduates to achieve victory in war. Finally, the Naval War College develops advanced strategic concepts through research and wargaming, and prepares graduates for command and staff responsibilities.
