Biography

Cmdr. Mitchel J. Kloewer, USN joined U.S.Naval War College Joint Military Operations Department in June of 2017 after graduating from the U.S. Naval War College. A Naval Flight Officer, he has served in E-2c Hawkeye squadrons to include VAW 123 and VAW 124. An airborne C2 Subject Matter Expert, he has served at Strike Weapons and Tactics School Atlantic and the Hawkeye Weapons and Tactics Unit in Norfolk, VA. Additional assignments include time as a JTF/JFMCC/Fleet Staff officer in both COMSIXTHFLEET and COMTHIRDFLEET and strike Operations Officer aboard USS JOHN C STENNIS (CVN-74)
