Biography

COMMANDER MITCHEL J. KLOEWER, USN joined the Naval War College Joint Military Operations Department in June of 2017 after graduating from the U.S. Naval War College. A Naval Flight Officer, he has served in E-2c Hawkeye squadrons to include VAW123 and VAW124. An airborne C2 Subject Matter Expert, he has served at Strike Weapons and Tactics School Atlantic and the Hawkeye Weapons and Tactics Unit in Norfolk, VA. Additional assignments include time as a JTF/JFMCC/Fleet Staff officer in both COMSIXTHFLEET and COMTHIRDFLEET and strike Operations Officer aboard USS JOHN C STENNIS.(CVN74)
