Biography

Col. Hill joined the faculty at the U.S. Naval War College in 2019. He is a 1999 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a command pilot with over 2,600 hours in the A-10 and A-29. He has combat experience as a battalion air liaison officer with the 82nd Airborne Division and as an A-10 pilot. He also graduated from the Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) and the U.S. Naval War College. He has served as the lead operational planner on the Combined Forced Command Staff in Korea. His most recent assignment was as the commander of the 81st Fighter Squadron at Moody AFB, Georgia.
