Chilean Cmdr. Sergio Gomez is an international fellow with the Civilian-Military Humanitarian Response Program. Most recently, he graduated from the Naval Command College course. He has served as a Chilean Navy Surface Warfare Officer and Electronic Naval Engineer specialist for 24 years. He graduated in 2014 from the Chilean Naval War College and has served 14 years at sea duties.
