Cmdr. Baldwin graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1992 with a bachelor’s in oceanography and holds a master’s in diplomacy from Norwich University and a master’s in national security and strategic studies from the U. S. Naval War College. Baldwin is a career Naval Aviator with more than 2,500 flight hours in the SH-60B and MH-60R. Operational flying tours include deployments to the Western Pacific, Indian Ocean, and Persian Gulf in support of Operations Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom.
