Cmdr. Timothy “Dill” Drosinos was commissioned in 2002 after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and earned his Naval flight wings in June 2004. He served overseas in the Pacific theater for two tours and worked for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command J6. He has flown over 2700 hours in the SH-60F, HH-60H, MH-60S Seahawk/Knighthawk and training aircraft, and has additional expertise flying the MQ-8 Fire Scout. He attended the U.S. Naval War College, earning a master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies and JPME Phase 1. He recently served as the commanding officer of HSC-22 and will assume duties as the director of the China Maritime Studies Institute at the U.S. Naval War College.
