Biography

Capt. Beltz joined the Naval War College (NWC) in 2017. A Pennsylvania native, he earned his bachelor’s at Pennsylvania State University, his master’s at the NWC, and a Master of Business Administration at Troy State University. Capt. Beltz served aboard USS Elrod (FFG 55) and USS Enterprise (CVN 65). He is a nuclear propulsion trained Surface Warfare Officer.
