Biography

Received NFO wings in May 1991 and selected to fly in the S-3 "Viking" in San Diego, CA. Deployed with VS-29 in 1993 and 1995. In July 1996, transferred to NROTC San Diego as an instructor. In August 1999, joined the Navy Reserve (TACRON 1294). In November 2002, recalled to active duty as a recruiter/DH with NRD San Diego. In 2006, selected for a designator change as an active duty HR Officer. Executive Officer at Officer Training Command Newport from 2006-2009. Deputy Director for Military Personnel at the National Security Agency from 2009-2012, the Manpower Head for BSO-11 from 2012-2015, and his current position as Deputy Dean of Students at the Naval War College since July 2015.
