The Executive Level Operational Level of Warfare Course 23-3 begins on July 17, 2023 and concludes on July 21, 2023. This one-week course is taught three times a year at the College of Maritime Operational Warfare located at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.

The Current Strategy Forum was first held at U.S. Naval War College in May 1949. Their purpose was to bring together a small number of prominent civilian and military guests to discuss future U.S. strategy with senior officers attending the college.
