Profile

Commander Bryan D. Williams, U.S. Navy, is a 1992 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He holds a B.S in Ocean Engineering and a M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.

Designated a Naval Aviator in 1995, his operational experience includes
tours flying the FA-18 C/E in three Strike Fighter Squadrons (VFA-82, VFA-131, VFA-27) and serving as the Operations Officer of Carrier Air Wing SEVEN (CVW-7) aboard the USS EISENHOWER (CVN-69). He has participated in operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and has been stationed with the Forward Deployed Naval Forces based in Japan.

His shore assignments include instructing at the Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic and acting as a liaison officer for the Joint Warfare Analysis
Center in Dahlgren, Virginia.

He has most recently served as a military professor in the Strategy and Policy department at the U.S. Naval War College and is now assigned to the War Gaming department.
