Naval Leadership & Ethics Center Students

We’re pleased to welcome you to the Naval Leadership and Ethics Center (NLEC). While you may only be on campus for a week or two, we hope that you enjoy your time with us.

About NLEC

Fourteen times per year we welcome a group of prospective command chiefs and officers to campus. Here, you will participate in an intensive leadership development program before embarking on one of the most demanding and rewarding positions in the Navy.

The Naval War College campus offers many services and resources useful to visiting students, from the Eccles Library and Hewitt Learning Commons to a bookstore and barbershop. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout most of campus, as well as to computer stations and printers.
