Biography
Professor Raul “Pete” Pedrozo is the Howard S. Levie Professor of the Law of Armed Conflict and professor of International Law in the Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War College. He also serves as one of two U.S. representatives to the International Group of Experts participating in the revision of the 1994 San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea. Prior to his retirement from active duty after 34 years of service, he served in numerous positions advising senior military and civilian defense officials.
