Biography

U.S. Army Lt. Col. Pete joined the Joint Military Operations Department in July 2022 after completing battalion command with the Army Field Support Center, Fort Meade. He was commissioned as a field artillery officer through the Reserve Officer Training Corps and later transferred to the adjutant general corps. Lt. Col. Pete served in a variety of organizations including U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command, U.S. Army Cyber Command and U.S. Army Europe. He served combat and operational deployments to Afghanistan, Kuwait and Kosovo. He holds progressive advanced degrees culminating in a doctorate in education specializing in interdisciplinary leadership from Creighton University.
