Biography

Cmdr. Jonathan Durham joined the JMO department in the winter of 2025 as a permanent military professor. He received a B.S. in electrical engineering from the U. S. Naval Academy, an M.S. in computer science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, an MBA from San Diego State University, and his Ph.D. in information sciences from the Naval Postgraduate School. His research focuses on value-aware IT investments. He is a former Navy information professional, and his most recent assignment was as a requirements officer in the Digital Warfare Office, OPNAV N9D.
