Biography

Maj. Flores is an active-duty Army judge advocate and military professor at the Stockton Center for International Law. Her past assignments include providing legal advice in support of military operations in Iraq and training in operational law at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Germany. She is a recent graduate of the U.S. Naval War College of Naval Command and Staff.
