Biography

Cmdr. Woodworth is an EP-3E Naval Flight Officer assigned to the Naval War College. Beginning with Operation Southern Watch, he has deployed in support of national tasking and contingency operations in the CENTCOM and INDOPACOM areas of responsibility. He has accrued over 2,600 flight hours in the EP-3E, P-3C, and P-8A. His at-sea assignments have included VQ-1 as both a junior officer and department head, USS Carl Vinson as a Catapult and Arresting Gear Officer (Shooter), and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as an International Project Officer. His shore tours have included two instructor tours at VP-30, a staff tour as the EP-3E Training Officer at Patrol and Reconnaissance Group, and most recently as a student at the Naval War College.

Department Head, Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron ONE

NATOPS, Training, and Maintenance Department Head for the Navy's largest operational, and only airborne reconnaissance, squadron. Forward deployed Officer-In-Charge for detachment sites in CENTCOM and INDOPACOM.
