Biography

Senior associate, Center on Irregular Warfare and Armed Groups (CIWAG) & founding member, Cyber and Innovation Policy Institute. Recent work include, “Some Principles of Cyber Warfare–Using Corbett to Understand War in the Early Twenty-First Century,” King’s College London, 2017 presents the concepts of cyber control, cyber denial, and disputed cyber control as methods of maneuvering in and through cyberspace in pursuit of military objectives and political ends. He co-edited, “Revolutionary Risks: Cyber Technology and Threats in the 2011 Libyan Revolution.” Dick Crowell is a retired navy pilot with over 30 years of flying & staff planning experience.
