Biography
Cmdr. Holt is a career surface warfare officer with service onboard cruisers, destroyers, patrol craft and patrol boats. Afloat, he commanded Coastal Riverine Task Group 75.3 and USS THUNDERBOLT (PC-12). Ashore, he served as the Executive Assistant and Acting Chief of Staff to Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central, Chief of Fires and Effects at U.S. Southern Command, Executive Officer of Provincial Reconstruction Team Khost, Afghanistan, and Training Liaison Officer at Afloat Training Group Middle Pacific, Hawaii.
