Biography

Dr. Costa holds a Ph.D. in political science from Boston University where he focused on comparative politics, international relations, and U.S. foreign policy in the Western Hemisphere. He is a specialist in online program development and management. Prior to NWC, he served as Assistant Dean for Online Learning, Marketing and Communications at the City University of New York - Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. Before that, he served as the Director of Distance Learning at the University of Nebraska Medical Center – College of Public Health in Omaha, Nebraska until 2014.
