Biography

Ted Huebner is a military faculty member in the War Gaming Department, Center for Naval Warfare Studies. He holds a B.S. in Naval Architecture from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.A. in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, as well as an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. As a surface warfare officer, he has experience operating at sea in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th Fleet areas of operation. He was the Commanding Officer of Military Sealift Command Ship Support Unit Guam.
