The U.S. Naval War College hosted its third annual genocide studies conference on Oct. 21 in the virtual environment. The panelists focused the discussion on genocidal ideologies, warning signs of genocide and genocide prevention. Power and prejudice play a huge role along with human psychology.

The Naval War College National Security Affairs Department, in coordination with Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfighting Development (OPNAV N7), began a new program for newly commissioned Navy and Marine Corps officers from the U.S. Naval Academy and Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps.
