U.S. Naval War College graduated 41 military officers with master’s degrees during a ceremony Nov. 14 in Spruance Auditorium. The graduates included 32 officers from the U.S. Navy, seven from the U.S. Army and two Army National Guard officers.

More than 140 military thinkers attended the second Breaking the Mold workshop at U.S. Naval War College this week with the aim of challenging old models that make the U.S. military predictable in battle.

They often go unseen by the larger public, but their contribution to the success of Navy Band Northeast’s mission is immeasurable. Navy Band Northeast’s Brass Quintet, Woodwind Trio, and Protocol Combo are often the musical equivalent of the Navy’s tactical fast-attack units.
