Throughout the academic year, U.S. Naval War College hosts several national security, foreign policy and military defense experts to discuss a wide range of topics and issues with students, faculty and staff.

Rear Adm. Jeffrey A. Harley, president, U.S. Naval War College (NWC) in Newport, Rhode Island provides opening remarks to more than 100 spouses and significant others of NWC staff, faculty, and students at the first of 11 scheduled lectures, in a series titled “Issues in National Security” held at NWC.
