Four scholars from the Newport Arctic Scholars Initiative sit down to talk about the Newport Arctic Seminar that took place from Jan. 22-24 at the U.S. Naval War College. The three-day seminar focused on discussing the limitations, opportunities and future of regional forums and organizations for Arctic security.
