Biography

Maj. Hernandez is an active-duty Army judge advocate and military professor at the Stockton Center for International Law. He previously served as the deputy group judge advocate for the Army’s 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Liberty, NC. His past assignments also include operational law trainer at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Germany, and legal advisor in support of military operations in Afghanistan and East Africa. He holds an LL.M. from the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, VA; a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ; an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, RI; and a B.S. from Fordham University in Bronx, NY.
