Biography

Mr. Schechter joined the Cyber and Innovation Policy Institute in 2017. His primary research interests are the intersections of psychology, security, and cyber. Prior to coming to the Naval War College, he was a Research Specialist at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, working in a contractor capacity providing agency wide research support. Mr. Schechter is a graduate of the George Washington University, earning his M.A. in Security Policy Studies, with a focus in Political Psychology and Transnational Security Threats.
