Biography

Carnes Lord is a political scientist with interests in strategic studies, international communications, leadership and organization, and the history of political philosophy. He has served in senior positions in the United States government, and is currently Professor of Strategic Leadership at the Naval War College. Since 2006, he has also been Director, Naval War College Press, and editor of the Naval War College Review.
