Geoffrey Till holds the Dudley W. Knox Chair for Naval History and Strategy at the Naval War College. The author of over 200 articles and book chapters, his “Understanding Victory: Naval Operations from Trafalgar to the Falklands” appeared in 2014 and the fourth revised edition of “Seapower: A Guide for the 21st Century” in 2018.
