Biography
Capt. James Guimond joined the National Security Affairs Department in July 2021. Commissioned in 2000, he served multiple combat deployments to the Middle East and has flown combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. Most recently, he was forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan on board the USS Ronald Reagan serving as the air officer.
