Biography

Jeffrey Rogg is a postdoctoral fellow in the National Security Affairs Department at the U.S. Naval War College. His research focuses on intelligence, especially American intelligence history and policy, comparative intelligence, and civil-intelligence relations. He served six years as an infantryman in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, receiving an honorable discharge at the rank of sergeant.
