John Howard Jackson profile image

Biography

Professor Jackson joined the U.S. Naval War College joint military operations faculty in August 2017 and serves as the Defense Intelligence Agency’s faculty representative at the college. He is a graduate of NWC, Army Command and General Staff Officers’ Course and Joint and Combined Warfighting School at Joint Forces Staff College. Within DIA, he has specialized in intelligence planning and collection. Professor Jackson has served overseas in Europe, the Middle East and at various combatant commands. In addition to his M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from NWC, he holds an M.A. from the University of Arizona and a B.S. from George Mason University.
