Biography

Cmdr. Beck is a surface warfare officer and assigned to the Wargaming Department. At sea, he served on board USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44), USS Laboon (DDG 58), CCDG 12 embarked on USS Enterprise (CVN 65), USS Gettysburg (CG 64), USS Nicholas (FFG 47) and USS America (LHA 6). For shore tours, he served in a variety of staff and training billets at Fleet Forces Command, the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and U.S. Forces Korea. Cmdr. Beck was commissioned from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1992.
