Kevin Scott

Biography
Vice Adm. Kevin Scott is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia, and New York City. He is a graduate of SUNY, Buffalo, Naval Postgraduate School, U.S. Naval War College, and the Joint Forces Staff College. A 38-year Navy Veteran, he has commanded at every operational level. His shore assignments were in the areas of Joint and Interagency Operations, Operational/Nuclear Command & Control; Organizational Management; and Training & Professional Development. Scott served as Military Aide to the Vice President; Current Operations Chief, Joint Forces Command, Washington DC; and Director for Joint Force Development (J7) on the Joint Staff. In 2021 Scott co-founded and is the president of KM Cargo Inc.
